1．We accept purified DNA samples including genomic DNA and plasmid DNA. If the customer provides blood, saliva or tissue samples, we can exact DNA for the customer with an additional charge of 30 to 50 yuan for each sample.
2．To ensure the accuracy of the genotyping result, the samples need to meet the following requirements: DNA concentrations > 10ng/ul, volume> 20ul, OD 260/280 in the range of 1.6 ~ 2.0.
3．Sample delivery packages should be filled with ice blocks to reduce the possibility of sample deterioration caused by temperature changes during the transportation. Please inform our market department after sending each sample. Tell us the details of the sample via email or fax, so that we can confirm the receipt of the sample with you.
4．We will verify Customer’s samples in 3 days after receipt. The customer can check the verification result in our service website. We will promptly contact the customer is the sample does not meet experiment requirements.
5．We understand the difficulty of collecting samples and the great value of each sample. We will keep your samples and all related information from loss, deterioration or contamination. After finishing the experiment, we will either return all the remaining samples to you, or dispose of it according to your request.
